How it works
Memecoins, but every trade waters a real goal. Here is exactly how the money moves.
From signup to bloom
- 1
A charity signs up
It registers itself, links its own Solana wallet and proves ownership with a signature. We confirm consent through its official website.
- 2
A creator plants a coin
They pick an approved charity and a concrete goal. In one wallet signature, three things happen on-chain: a fee vault is created with fixed shareholders, the coin is created on a Meteora bonding curve, and the coin’s fee rights are handed to that vault.
- 3
People trade
Every trade pays a small fee. Meteora keeps 20 % as protocol fee; the rest flows into the coin’s fee vault.
- 4
The vault splits fees
Inside the vault: charity 75 %, creator 12.5 %, Goalpost 12.5 %. Nobody can change these numbers, not even us.
- 5
The charity collects
The charity claims its share directly from the vault with its own wallet. Goalpost never touches the money.
- 6
Goal blooms, proof follows
When the goal is reached, the charity posts photos and receipts. Then a new goal can start.
Where every trading fee goes
After the anti-sniper period, trading fee is 1 %. Here is how that fee is split, on-chain.
- Meteora protocol 20 %
- Charity 60 %
- Coin creator 10 %
- Goalpost 10 %
The plant is the progress bar
Seed
0–25 %: the goal is planted and sprouting.
Growing
25–75 %: leaves unfold with every trade.
Bud
75–99 %: almost there.
Bloom
100 %: goal reached. Proof follows.
No hidden allocation
Creators get no free tokens. Mint authority is revoked at launch, so no more coins can ever be printed.
Liquidity stays put
When a coin graduates from the curve into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool, its liquidity is locked permanently.
Snipers donate
Fees start high in the first minutes and decay to 1 %. Bots that rush in early mostly fund the goal.
